​Vehicle Cleanliness and Substitution
Our cars are cleaned daily and after each passenger, both inside and out.
However, if the weather is bad, the exterior of the vehicle may not be as clean as we would like, as the car travels from the driver's home address to pick you up.

We reserve the right to substitute your chosen vehicle with a Similar or more superior vehicle if it is unavailable for any reason. We may also use an outside contractor to fulfill a booking if circumstances are beyond our control.
Waiting Time and Extra Charges
Waiting time is calculated at £55.00 per hour for E or S Classes and £60.00 per hour for V Class MPV, after a free 10-minute wait.
For airport pickups, a 20-minute wait is included after the flight lands. We suggest booking the pickup time for 45 minutes after the scheduled arrival time to allow for baggage and passport control.
Airport car park charges are included up to £5.00. Additional charges apply if the flight is late or baggage is lost, causing delays beyond this allowance.
Any damage or soiling to the vehicle caused by passengers must be paid in full at the end of the booking. Soiling is charged at £100.00.
Booking is priced from pickup to drop off at the address given at the time of booking. Additional drop-offs or pickups must be approved and paid for, subject to the driver's agreement.
Driveway and Lane Access and Accessibility
If your lane or driveway has overhanging trees or bushes that may scratch our vehicles, the driver has the right to refuse entry. You will need to meet the vehicle where the driver deems it safe.
Abusive Customers
If a passenger is deemed too drunk or abusive, the driver has the right to refuse travel without a refund. This also includes abuse towards our office and telephone staff.
Arriving Late or Cancelling
In rare cases, delays or cancellations may occur due to traffic, vehicle breakdowns, punctures, or early morning calls. If a driver is more than 30 minutes late, you may cancel, and we will refund what you have paid to us. We cannot be held responsible for any additional fees you may incur.

Tours
All Tours itineraries will have been agreed in advance and can only be changed with the consent of the management.
​
Tour times are only estimates and can end upto 45 mins early or as much as 1 hour late.
Tour Time includes the time to get to your destination and the time to come back to drop off.
Sometimes things happen on tours which means we dont get to do and see the whole itinerary and unfortunately if this happens we are sorry and no refunds will be offered.
Unfortunately we can't wait all day on passenger's showing up so we do allow 15 mins after the booked time and after that you will have missed your tour so please contact us if you are late or delayed.

Unless stated then tickets to any of the venues / sites / attractions are not included nor is car parking fees for these sites.

Lunch is also not included in any prices and a driver will need at least a 45 minute break to take a lunch break. (this can usually be taken while your at one of the visitors attractions)
Unless you have specifically ordered a certain type, make, model of vehicle then we will send any type of vehicle that we think is suitable for the tour.

If a ship arrives late and we can only deliver some of the tour then this is beyond our control and we will then only deliver a tour the best we can in the amount of time available.
​
When on a tour we try not rush you too much but please note if you take too long at some places and we run out of time and miss some of our stop offs then again this is beyond our control.
Allergies

Please inform us of any dietary requirements and of any food allergies should you be having a meal stop booked by us.

Cancellations -
We know more than most that cancellations happen and things change in peoples circumstances.
So we try and be fair with our policy but you also got to understand we are a small family run buiness and when we take a booking that time slot is taken by you and we can't take another booking so therefore we lose revenue if you cancel at short notice.
Cancellations up to 4 weeks before travel: 100% refund.
Cancellations between 4 weeks and 7 days before travel: 50% refund.
Cancellations within 7 days of travel: No refund.
For cruise ship tours, if the ship cannot dock, we will refund all but £150.00, which may be split among customers sharing a tour.

We reserve the right to cancel any tour at anytime without bias or compensation due breakdowns or driver sickness or passenger sickness.

How to Pay us.
Please do not pay using (bookipay) that comes with our invoices as we no longer accept that payment.

Debit/Credit Card - Ask for Details
Revolut - Ask for Details
PayPal - if using PayPal please add 7% to cover there fees.
Credit Card Payments - we can no longer absorb these costs of paying with a card although we do take card payments but we add 7% service charge
Card Charge Taxes are not refunable as we cant get this back.

Cash is only acceptable when a deposit has been paid in advance and all cash payments must be paid to the driver before the journey starts.

Late Payment Fees
As a small buiness we would really appreciate paying us on time but we have had to add this clause into our T&Cs.
A late fee of £60.00 will be added to any outstanding invoice every week until paid. If you are having a hard time paying then give us a call to talk through your options.
